Terry graduated from the UBC Sauder School of Business, was the Operations Manager for one of the top producing home improvement companies in the world and later gained experience in interior design and kitchen design.
She completed beautiful kitchen concepts for major residential developments in Kelowna prior to launching her real estate career.
Rhonda Compton
REALTOR®
Rhonda excels at fine details and customer service. She earned her certification in accounting and enjoyed a fast-paced career in both independent and franchise hotel chains.
One of her responsibilities was teaching employee service expectation seminars—a role that prepared her well for her own successful transition into real estate. She became a Licensed Agent in 2016 and teamed up with Terry.
